Embroidery Policy

Processing Time

• Please allow up to 14 days (2 weeks) from the date your order enters production.
• Processing time begins when all necessary materials are received and your order is officially started, not the purchase date.
• Orders may be completed sooner depending on order volume and design complexity.
• Rush orders are not available at this time.

Custom Designs & Digitizing

• A $10 digitizing fee applies to custom logos or designs requiring conversion into an embroidery-ready file.
• This fee is separate from the price of the embroidered item.
• All digitizing fees are nonrefundable, even if the order is canceled.
• Standard names, monograms, and available designs do not require a digitizing fee.

Payment & Order Details

• Full payment is required before processing.
• Please verify all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and design details before submitting your order.

Returns & Cancellations

• All personalized embroidery sales are final once production begins.
• If an error is made on our end, we will work to correct it.
