Shipping policy

Shipping & Local Pickup

Please allow 3–7 business days for most custom orders unless it is embroidered. Please allow up to 14 days (2 weeks) from the date your order enters production. Processing time begins when all necessary materials are received and your order is officially started, not the purchase date. During holidays, sales, or busy seasons, processing times may be longer. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Once shipped, tracking will be provided when available.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered by customers.

Local pickup may be available on select orders.
