Refund policy

At Custom Creations by Zu, most items are made to order and customized specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

Eligible non-custom items may be considered for return if unused and in original condition. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
