MAMA Keepsake Sweatshirt

Turn your little one's special memories into a keepsake you can wear forever. Your sweatshirt will be customized using fabric from your baby's blanket or clothing.

IMPORTANT: The blanket or baby clothing used for your keepsake must be mailed in. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with mailing their keepsake items to Custom Creations by Zu. Please only send items you are comfortable having cut and permanently altered, as the fabric will be used to create your custom design. Mailing instructions will be provided after orders are placed.
